I painted this very colorful and intense owl last night when I could hear a distant owl in my backgarden. Although I couldnt see him, I knew it was a sign to paint one! I love the deep yellow in his eyes and the colorful patterns in his feathers.

I have a feeling that this owl will keep a watchful eye over your home at night. He will protect your home with his intense glare!
