Frequently Asked Questions

2. Where are you based?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces – whether it’s a beloved pet, a memory of Ireland, or a quirky idea you’d like brought to life. Just send me a message through the contact page or email me with your idea, and I’ll guide you through sizes, pricing, and timelines.

3. Are your prints high quality?

Absolutely. I print everything myself using archival inks and fine art paper to make sure your piece looks vibrant and lasts decades (if not longer). It’s important to me that what arrives in your home feels like a proper piece of art, not just a copy.

4. How long does shipping take?

For orders within Ireland, you can usually expect delivery within 3–5 working days. For international orders, it can take anywhere from 1–3 weeks depending on your location. If you need something faster, get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship anywhere the postman can reach! If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, drop me a message and I’ll sort it.

6. Do the prints come framed?

I offer framed and unframed options. All framed prints come in a clean white frame that suits most interiors and is ready to hang. For markets and local shops, they’re usually displayed framed – but online you’ll see both options.

7. Can I visit your studio?

At the moment, I don’t have an open studio – it’s more of a creative jungle than a gallery. But I often take part in local art markets around Kerry and occasionally further afield. Keep an eye on my social media for where I’ll be popping up next!

8. How do I care for my print or painting?

Keep it out of direct sunlight, avoid damp areas, and give it the occasional dust-off. Originals are varnished to protect them, and prints are made to last – but treating them kindly will help keep them looking their best.

9. Where do your ideas come from?

Most of them wander into my head during walks, dreams, or over a cup of tea. I’m inspired by the Irish landscape, the animals around me, a good laugh, and a bit of nostalgia. Sometimes it’s serious, sometimes it’s cheeky – just like home.

10. What’s the difference between an original painting and a print?

Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces, painted by hand (often with a few accidental brush hairs for good luck). Prints are high-quality reproductions of those originals, perfect if you love the artwork but the original is sold or out of budget.

11. Do you do wholesale or sell to shops?

12. What if I want a painting but I’m not sure what size or format to get?

Yes, I work with a few lovely shops in Ireland and I’m always open to adding more. If you’d like to stock my work, send me an email or fill out the wholesale enquiry form.

13. What’s your return policy?

No worries! Just message me – I’m happy to chat it through and help you pick the best option based on your space, budget, and whether you prefer framed, unframed, or something else entirely.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, I’ll make it right — just contact me within 14 days with your order number and a photo if needed. I also accept returns on non-custom items if you change your mind, as long as they’re in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom commissions can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
